When arranging chair massage for your company, here are some payment options to consider:
1. Employer sponsored - company cover for all the services
2. Share the cost with the recipients
3. Employee sponsored - each individual pays
Is massage covered in your health plan? Receipts are provided for staff to submit to their plan providers.
Individual Chair Massage Rates
Rates are based on individual massages, duration and whether weekly, biweekly or monthly.
Individual Cancellation Policy:
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide this notice, we will charge you in full for the missed appointment if we are unable to fill the spot. We often have a waiting list and if given enough notice we can fill the appointment. This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients and also to make massage therapy a feasible career for our therapists. The therapists practice typically 4 – 5 hours per day so that you can be sure to get high quality treatment and so that they can stay healthy and injury free. One missed appointment has a significant financial impact. Thank you for your understanding.

Event Cancellation Policy
To avoid cancellation charges, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled event. Cancellations made within 24 - 72 hours of a scheduled event will be charged 50% of the final cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled event will be charged in full (100% of the final cost).
